Yes. A three-step process heat-bonds the colors, and all panels are made out of polycarbonate, which is far more durable than acrylic and vinyl. The sign face will look like new for many years, with no peeling and minimal fading. All cabinets are aluminum, UL-approved, and have formed faces to help prevent face blowout.

Dualite guarantees the Power Supplies and LED Modules against defective materials or workmanship for sixty (60) days from shipping date provided the sign has been installed by a qualified, licensed sign installer and in total compliance with The National Electrical Code and all local codes. During this period Dualite will replace or repair any defective parts only if individual, specific, prior authorization has been secured from Dualite headquarters in Williamsburg, OH. Power supplies and LED Modules if replaced, will carry an additional fifty seven (57) months parts only warranty. All awnings are custom made to the size requested using a quality aluminum frame with welded connections. The face material is a durable poly-vinyl chloride with a UV protectant that keeps it lasting longer and looking better than a typical canvas awning. Plus, unlike canvas, the material can be hosed off if needed, though rainfall is usually all that’s needed to keep them clean.

Just ask. The TechNet Impressions Team can have a local contractor perform a technical survey of your shop for around $300. Or we can do a local codes/restrictions (if any) for your location. When the survey is complete, the TechNet Impressions Team will make signage recommendations based on your needs and any local requirements.

You can have the TechNet Impressions Team line up a local installer for you, or you can contact a local sign company directly to handle the permits and installation of your signs. If needed, you can find a list of local sign companies at www.directory.signsofthetimes.com. But again, the TechNet Impressions Team can find a contractor for you, so don’t hesitate to utilize the service. Though it’s possible to handle the installation of materials yourself, it isn’t recommended. These are commercial-grade products intended to be installed by a licensed contractor who can ensure everything is installed to code.


In most cases, fixtures can ship within 5 business days. If items are on backorder manufacturing can take 5-7 weeks. Depending upon your location, another 4 to 7 days for transit.

All fixtures are made of High Density Particle Board with melamine faces. 3mm edgebanding encases the edges on all high traffic areas such as countertops and front facing vertical edges. Drawers are built with commercial drawer glides.

All fixtures are packed flat for economical shipping and ease of delivery. Depending on the number of fixtures ordered skid count may vary. Lift gate service will be included in the shipping cost.

Packed in each fixture carton are instruction sheets. If instruction sheets are lost or missing, please email [email protected] to send a PDF.

Prior to receiving the freight shipment, the TechNet Impressions Resource Team will send Shipment Receiving Instructions which outline the proper steps to take to receive the items. This will also be included on the product shipment.

The HoverTab is a two part system, the first being an adhesive steel plate that connects to the back of the iPad, Galaxy Tab or smartphone. We’ve made it easy right through the website. Just select the Proposal tab, provide the information requested, and click Submit. You’ll receive your proposal usually within 7-10 business days.

Your proposal will include renderings of how the signage, paint, banners and other items could enhance your location, so good photos are essential. Take pictures at a reasonable distance that allow us to see your entire exterior but aren’t from so far away that your shop is hard to see. Ideally, pictures are taken in good daylight in good weather. At a minimum, take a straight-on shot of your shop, but if possible please include sides and back. The goal is to give the team the best view so that they in turn can give you the best design. You’ll be able to upload photos as part of your proposal request. All pictures should be no less than 250Kb.

You will receive an email with a link to the proposal, usually within 7-10 business days or less from submission. The email will come directly from TechNet Impressions.

The TechNet Impressions Team will give you a couple of days to review the proposal, and then a consultant will contact you to walk through it with you, answer any questions, and address any additional requests. After that discussion, TechNet Impressions will make any needed revisions to the proposal, finalize pricing and details, and get it back to you for approval. Yes. Financing is handled through Great America Financial Services. You’ll find details and the application form when you click the Apply for Finance button on the Finance tab of the website. If you have questions about rates or the process, please contact Great America directly at 800-487-3636.

Products being purchased and labor (i.e. painting and installation) can be financed. Final approval of your TechNet Impressions upgrade will be based on overall credit worthiness and payment history.

Major construction to your shop. Examples are new additions to the building, new roof, repaving of parking lots, etc.
